Mr. Elliott has over ten years of trial
litigation experience. He successfully
handled jury trials throughout Western
Pennsylvania. He also defended Bernard
Ebbers in two civil law suits following the
Worldcom collapse. Mr. Elliott's areas of
practice include: medical malpractice,
dental malpractice, insurance defense,
plaintiff personal injury litigation, workers
compensation, product liability, criminal
defense, divorce, custody, and support. He
also helps modest means clients through
the Allegheny County Bar Association
referral program. Mr. Elliott handles PFA
cases in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, and
Washington County. He also handles
divorce, support, and custody in Allegheny

Mr. Elliott also served as a law clerk in
Beaver County for approximately one year.
During that time, Mr. Elliott made the
threshold determination whether a
temporary PFA (Protection from Abuse Act)
order would be entered. Mr. Elliott handles

defense of those claims throughout Western
PA, including Beaver, Butler, Washington,
